Our dryland resistance product has been designed to emulate a swimming pull, Exa-Cords with paddles, improves IM times and trains swimmers to keep their hands in a flat, relaxed position. Comes in a nylon carry bag to store at home or to take on your travels.

SEDLC02-Regular weight strength(RED) tubular latex cords provide resistance level of 3.6-10.8kgs* of pull.
SEDLC03-Heavyweight strength (BLUE) tubular latex rubber cord provides resistance level of 4.8-12.5kgs* of pull.
